Welcome to SkyNest Travels. We understand that sometimes travel plans change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy for our valued customers.


1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. General Cancellations

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [your support email].
  • Cancellations will be effective only when acknowledged by our customer support team.
  • Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline mentioned below:

1.2. Peak Season & Non-Refundable Bookings

  • For bookings during peak season (e.g. holidays, festivals, long weekends), a 100% cancellation charge may apply regardless of the notice period.
  • Special promotional or non-refundable offers are not eligible for refunds.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Processing of Refunds

  • Once the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment only.

2.2. Deductions

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting:

  • Cancellation charges
  • Bank/payment gateway processing fees
  • Applicable taxes (if any)
  • Charges levied by hotels, transport providers, or other vendors

3. No Show / Early Departure

  • No refunds will be given for unused services, no-shows, or early check-outs.
  • In case of delay or no-show due to external factors (e.g. weather, transport issues), we will try to offer assistance, but refunds will not be guaranteed.

4. Modifications & Rescheduling

  • Requests for rescheduling or modifications are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Any difference in fare or charges must be borne by the customer.

5. Force Majeure

SkyNest Travels shall not be liable for cancellations or delays due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or travel bans. In such cases, refunds or rebooking will be handled in accordance with vendor policies.
